Artist's Comments

It's just another reworking of the last piece. Except...this one's for school...the other one I shrunk to uploading size too fast...and I don't want to bother redoing it for my photo project.

I liked the other one more...but they're different...so meh.

Please do comment. ^_^

Hi :)

I really love the rich color, and the graceful, undulating lines of the temples and trees just pull you into the picture.
The lettering is a little jarring the way it is... if it's photoshop, is there any way you could shade or texture it so it fits more into the world you're creating? (If you're doing this by hand in the darkroom, I bow before your mysterious greatness oh mighty one. hee.) Ooh, or, you could put a bit of transluscent light around them to make it look like they're glowing. :) That'd be harder though... But really, it's pretty good the way it is. I'm just being a Good Little Art Student and suggesting stuff so it'll be a good critique.

See you around. Let us know how your project turns out! :)

hey thanks a lot for the suggestions! I was a little worried about the text, and I did do them on photoshop. It was the first time I learned to do a sort of wrap around style...it actually took me the longest. I'll definately try your suggestions out out! Thanks a lot!
